Curriculum & Program Development Lead
Dance Labs is seeking an experienced dance educator to assist with curriculum development, program organization, and educational planning for our growing online training platform.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in competitive dance and dance team training, understands technical progression across levels, and experience developing well-rounded, high-performing dancers.
Responsibilities

Take lead on developing and organizing dance training curriculum

Help create structured technique progressions

Support development of seasonal training programs and dancer development pathways

Collaborate on educational resources, performance training materials, and supplemental learning content

Identify training priorities that support long-term dancer growth and success
-
Help organize programs designed to support dancers both technically and as performers

Manage program planning and content organization

Work alongside the founder on future educational initiatives and platform expansion

Experience teaching multiple ages and levels

Understands dancer development beyond technique alone
