I've noticed such swift results for a couple of reasons! 1) The instructors offer some amazing perspectives, different than me, and just the switch-up in "teachers" (from their perspective) has helped my students grasp things quicker as it resonates coming from another voice. 2) I can't demonstrate things as I used to and so this helps me show students the proper execution WITHOUT having to call on students in the class and risk others feeling threatened. I am a dance teacher, I have a degree in dance, won a national championship and still this course was amazing for me! It has great technical information and combo exercises that can be immediately applied in class.
