Course is designed for dancers and teachers who safely want to improve their (or their students) leaps and jumps through conditioning, stability, and height-training. The exercises will build the necessary muscles for landing and take off in your jumps as well as lengthening, leg lines, and flexibility.
This program is recommended for dancers 10 and up.
This course uses numbered bands, two yoga blocks, and a loop band. The course can be done with or without the equipment. But as you get stronger, equipment is recommended for more resistance.
You can purchase the equipment on Amazon. An equipment guide is provided in the program.
